At Panama Papers Coffee, every coffee we release receives its own Roast Intelligence Report.
If the Source Dossier explains where the coffee came from, and the Asset Profile explains what it is, the Roast Intelligence Report reveals how this particular release was developed.
Each report documents the unique characteristics of a specific coffee, including its origin, processing method, roast objective, tasting profile, brewing recommendations, and release information.
These are living documents. No two reports are exactly alike because no two harvests — or roast batches — are identical. Each release receives its own report number, creating a permanent archive of every coffee that passes through Panama Papers Coffee.
